Terms of Service
By engaging our company to design logos you agree to the following terms of service: You (the Customer) agree that you will not use the logo purchased from YourArmiger.com (Logo) to commit any violation of local, national, or international law. Upon full payment of fees the Customer receives full copyright to the Logo for any uses public or private. The Customer grants YourArmiger.com the unrestricted right to use the Logo in its own promotional products and portfolios showing examples of previous work. Should the Customer take advantage of the “money back guarantee” offered by YourArmiger.com, but then uses either the Logo designed or some variation of that logo in the conduct of business, the Customer agrees to pay YourArmiger.com $50 US per day of usage, up to $5,000 US plus legal fees. The Customer agrees to indemnify YourArmiger.com, its operators, licensees, and assigns from any damages from any misuse of the Logo.
